Our Marine Division provides inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for marine turbochargers, as well as supplying a wide range of parts and equipment used on ships.

We service large marine turbochargers, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries MET90-class turbochargers, which can weigh as much as 14,200 kg. For maintenance and repair of such large turbochargers, our manufacturer-certified engineers travel to the engine room and carry out the necessary work on site. We provide on-site services not only throughout Japan but also overseas.

Turbochargers that can be transported to our facility are serviced at our factory. Marine turbochargers operate under harsh conditions, including high rotational speeds, high temperatures, and wear caused by the use of heavy fuel oil. The turbine shaft, which is subject to particularly high loads, requires precise inspection and maintenance. At our factory, we clean and measure components according to the manufacturer’s specifications and perform high-precision balancing tests with a minimum measurement resolution of 0.001 g.

We supply a wide range of parts and equipment used on ships, from large turbocharger components to individual bolts. We also provide engine parts and marine equipment for various applications. In particular, we keep a wide range of turbocharger parts in stock at our Kobe factory, enabling us to provide them promptly.
