The Ship Division carries out regular inspections and troubleshooting of marine turbochargers, as well as handling all items used and consumed on ships.

The maximum turbocharger made by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. When it comes to the turbo MET90 class, the total weight of the turbocharger reaches 14200 kg. In the case of maintenance or repair of such a large turbocharger, our engineer who holds the maintenance license of the manufacturer goes to the engine room to handle it. We also handle business trips not only in Japan but also overseas.

Items that can be brought in will be handled at our factory. Marine turbochargers are constantly exposed to the harsh environment of high-speed rotation, high temperature conditions, and wear due to the use of heavy oil. Among them, the load on the turbine shaft, which is the most loaded, is immeasurable. In our factory, we perform cleaning and measurement based on the manufacturer’s standard and balance test in units of 0.001g at the minimum.

We handle all items used and consumed on ships. We also provide all kinds of engine parts and marine supplies, from large turbocharger bodies to one bolt. In particular, parts related to turbochargers are in stock at the Kobe factory, so we can provide them promptly.
